  What if Banksy was North Korean? This February, internationally acclaimed Korean defector artist Song Byeok will arrive in ATL to exhibit his paintings. Song is a former North Korean propagandist who defected in 2001 and received praise across the globe for his gallery show "Forever Freedom" satirizing his former boss, dictator Kim Jong il.
